Angelfish Society
was incorporated as a domestic
not-for-profit corporation in the
State of New York on
March 6, 2003.
We
are a Type B corporation pursuant to Section 201
of the Not-for-Profit Corporation Law.
The governance of
The Angelfish Society is per our
bylaws, resolutions of the
Board of Directors, if not so
provided by the bylaws, the
Articles of Incorporation under
New York Consolidated Laws:
Not-for-Profit Corporations.
